The label was founded Jan 2004 and started with local Cologne artists as Gabriel Ananda and Graziano. The style was developed later on and Triple R aka Riley Reinhold recorded together with Jorge Gebauhr und the name of TORO.The project was instantly taken up by famous House DJs in Germany among the Atta of Playhouse, Tiefschwarz, Mandy and others."

The project was instantly taken up by famous House DJs in Germany among the Atta of Playhouse, Tiefschwarz, Mandy and others.The second big artist on the label, is the British artist Steve Barnes, who recorded as Cosmic Sandwich a big tune for MBF („Cosmic Sandwich“) which was played worldwide  by Djs such as Riccardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, etc became a hit also in Detroit and Chicago. This record founded the project name Cosmic Sandwich and several 12""s emerged from this projects: Zig zag people, Cosmic Sandwich remix, Man in A box, Man in a box remixes Vol 1+2.Cosmic Sandwich will release an album this year on MBF."

Another big artist duo is the Dirt Crew, the project was originally set up as an exclusive house act on MBF, but after their successful two records: Cleaning up the ghetto part 1 +2, they founded their own label. From the cologne scene soon a new artist appeared, DASO, a newcomer that made his debut on MBF with his daybreak, T.Anders which postproduction was done by Triple R. The record earned much attention worldwide and was followed up by Go Upstairs which was showing a bit more off his guitar influence from the past, playing melodies in a stunning way .Markese, the Swiss artist from Zurich released a super dreamy house record on MBF ltd called :oregano in the beginning of 2006.
